   Confirmation Testing

 

Peel the Kinesio Tex from the paper 
liner and place the tape temporarily 
on the skin. Do not activate the glue 
by rubbing. 

 

With the elbow in extension, flex the 
wrist to increase tissue tension.  

Apply the base of the Kinesio Tex 
over the proximal 1/3 of the third 
metacarpal while pulling the skin 
distally to maintain tissue tension.  

Apply the other end of the Kinesio 
Tex to the lateral epicondyle of the 
humerus.
