Confirmation Testing
Apply the base of the Kinesio Tex to
the plantar surface of the calcaneus.
Peel the Kinesio Tex from the paper
liner and place the tape temporarily
on the skin. Do not activate the glue
by rubbing.
Dorsiflex the ankle and toes to
increase tissue tension.
Maintain the tissue under tension as
the tails are applied to the distal
phalanges of toes 2-5.
