Streszczenie
Wstęp: Badania epidemiologiczne prowadzone w ostatnich latach wskazują na wzrost
częstości występowania chorób alergicznych.
Cel: Ocena częstości występowania atopii oraz chorób atopowych w grupie gimnazjalistów z
Polic w województwie zachodniopomorskim
Materiał i metody: U 138 uczniów w wieku 14-16 lat z Polic przeprowadzono badania
ankietowe, spirometryczne oraz wykonano punktowe testy skórne z alergenami powietrzno-
pochodnymi.
Wyniki: U 21,01 % badanych rozpoznano chorobę alergiczną.
Wnioski: W badanej populacji choroby alergiczne występowały częściej niż u młodzieży z
innych rejonów Polski.

Summary
Introduction: Background Epidemiological research carried out in the last years, prove an
increasing incidence of allergic diseases, including atopic ones.
Aim: The aim of this study was to pre – assess the Incidence of Atopy and Atopic Diseases in
the group of Middle Schoolchildren from Police.
Material and methods: The study involved 138 person from Police at the age of 14-16.
They took part in a survey, spirometric examination and skin pric test performed with
common inhalatory allergens.
Results: In 21,01 % of the participants were diagnosed allergic disease.
Conclusions: In the population examined, allergic diseases were less common than in
teenagers from other parts of Poland.
