Your opponent holds you in a tight clinch.

You reach over your opponents arm and place it

behind his neck, pushing the head in the same

direction as you reached your arm in from.

You then reach in with your other arm

from the inside. Meaning your arm

is inbetween the arms of your opponent.

You then pull your opponent to the side

while stepping away from him.

You are now in a good position to make

a knee to the head.
