The details
BMW's novel audio concept involves loudspeakers
in HiFi versions 10 and stands out for its neutral,
unobtrusive sound. The loudspeakers permit a
homogeneous playback as well as a higher and
undistorted maximum level due to their enhanced
power output.
Special vehicle-specific features:
E90/91/92/93, E60/61, E63/64, E65/66
2 central woofers are positioned under the front
seats. The necessary enclosure volume for the
central woofers is obtained by connecting the
loudspeakers to the side thresholds.
E85
Special woofers with Carver technology were
developed specifically for the Roadster. These
woofers offer good bass fidelity even when the
convertible top is open.
