Dot Garlands

Plain white self-adhesive dots can be transformed into cheerful garlands. Working 
in a well-ventilated area, color the dots with wide felt-tip markers. Stick them, 
back to back, onto button thread, which is both silky and sturdy. Space stickers 
evenly, about 2 inches apart.
