Issue 

 

Incorrect programming of V220 Black for Ireland region

 

 

 
Problem 

 
The V220 O2 (Iceland Black) has been shipped with two possible flex files, SE8541AXXV4 – 
Prepay & SE8542AXXV4 – Post-Pay, the correct flex for this model should only be the Pre-
Pay model SE8541AXXV4.

 

 

 

Field Service Action  

 

Any black V220 units returned to a service centre which are flexed to SE8542AXXV4 (O2 
Ireland Post-Pay) must have the correct flex re-programmed into the phone to configure it for 
O2 Ireland Pre-Pay.  The 1FF to carry out this service action will be available for download 
from
