SUPER-RAIL® is a 1.15 metres high 
construction that consists of C-125 
posts with a length of 2.4 metres and is
installed 1.33 metres apart, centre to
centre. The heavy C-180 beams which 
run lengthwise on top of each other are
attached to the posts and give the 
structure the desired rigidity. A standard
guard-rail in A or B profi le is attached 
to the lowest C180-beam using a 
deformation element. This round steel 
ring assists in absorbing the impact 
energy.  In the single-sided version 
– the most popular – the construction 
is 0.5 metres wide.

The Prins Dokkum supply program 
includes all spare parts for SUPER-RAIL® 
systems, including e.g. beginning and 
end-pieces, SUPER-RAIL® transitions 
guard-rail or barrier, and SUPER-RAIL® 
on a ground tube construction.  
SUPER-RAIL® both single and double 
sided are available from stock.

Prins Dokkum guarantees quality, 
dimensions and reliability of all 
components. Products are made 
according to the demands of 
RAL-RG 620, requiring obligatory 
inspection, so that identifi cation and 
traceability form part of the 
production process. 

The distinguishing features of 
SUPER-RAIL®:
•  successfully full-scale tested in 
  accordance with EN 1317 at 
  H2 & H4 levels;
•  unique combination of minor working 
  width at H2 and very high 
  containment at H4 level;
•  excellent containment for both cars as 
  well as trucks and busses; 
•  minor risk of injury for occupants and 
  less damage to vehicle;
•  evidently better than conventional 
  road restraint systems;

  alternative for various 
 mobile
