1) Czy ważny jest chrzest przy użyciu formuł «I baptize you in the name of 
the Creator, and of the Redeemer, and of the Sanctifier» i «I baptize you in the 
name of the Creator, and of the Liberator, and of the Sustainer»? 

2)  Czy osoby, które zostały ochrzczone przy użyciu tych formuł, muszą 
zostać ochrzczone in forma absoluta? 

ODPOWIEDZI 

Ad 1) Nie. 

Ad 2) Tak. 

Papież Benedykt XVI w czasie audiencji udzielonej niżej podpisanemu Kardy-
nałowi Prefektowi zatwierdził przedstawione odpowiedzi, które zostały omó-
wione na zwyczajnym posiedzeniu tej Kongregacji, i polecił ich ogłoszenie.
