10. Safety telegraphy Certificate in duplicate, date of expiry
11. Radio Licence, date of expiry
12. D.F. calibration Certificate in duplicate, date of expiry
13. Safety construction Certificate in duplicate, date of expiry
14. IOPP Certificate in duplicate, date of expiry
15. Certificates for 15 PPM Monitor, Oily-Water Seperator.
16. COFR (Water Pollution), date of expiry
17. Deratting exempion Certificate, date of expiry
18. Certificate of Medicine Chest.
19. Anchors and chain cables certificate and Calibrations Record Date
20. Certificates for Hull, Machinery, and Boilers.
21. The Factory Act Book.

23. Plans as per annexed list.

25. The Nautical instruments and Navigational Equipment as per annexed list. (In case any instrument is not in good working order the same should be stated in the annexed list.)

27. Articles of agreement copies.

29. The current accounts of the following:-
(i) Portage Bill.

(i) Fresh Water M Tons.

Next Bunkering Instruction have not been received from the Charterer's.
Log Books, Store Books, Stores Indent and Repair List Have also been handed over to the new Master.
The following have been brought to the notice of the new Master.

Safe with sets of keys.
Any entry regarding change of Command has been made in the Official and Deck Log Books.
