Okay, so how you set up the pattern once it’s printed:

Now that that’s done, you can start cutting out your pattern. Here’s how I would set it up on the 
fabric:

Using a 1/2 inch seam allowance, sew eight pieces together at 7 side seams, leaving space for 
pockets (optional). Sew the 8th side seam from the bottom to the top, stopping 7 1/2 inches 
from the top. Sew in the zipper using one of the two zipper tutorials listed.  Hem top and 
bottom. Add hook and eye, if you want to.

And if you’re doing it on 45”, or your size is too large to 
fit well on half of 60”,  you’re going to want to do eight 
skirt pieces in a row, not just four. In the end, you have 
to have 8 pieces.
