other products consumed by us. Yet, there is no law, or at least no law that is being enforced, that

requires pharmaceutical companies to tell us how our vaccines and drugs are being made or to tell

us that some vaccines contain high levels of human fetal DNA and retroviral contaminants.

Sound Choice uncovers CDC and

Department of Education data that shows

chickenpox vaccine use is highly

statistically related to autism disorder

prevalence in every state in the US.

Over four years ago it was obvious to my

eye that autism disorder rates changed

dramatically in certain specific years. Looking at

autism disorder prevalence data from the US Dept

of Education it was clear that there were three

specific years in which autism prevalence rose

dramatically, and Sound Choice went on to

perform the statistical analysis to show that 1980,

1988 and 1996 were ‘changepoint’ years for autism

disorder. In 2010 the EPA published data

confirming the 1988 changepoint as a worldwide

autism disorder changepoint. As the EPA scientists

point out in their publication, identification of

‘changepoints’ such as these tell us that some

environmental factor was introduced that

triggered such a sudden and dramatic rise in

is associated with these three changepoints? The

only childhood universal factor that is associated

with all three changepoints is the introduction of

vaccines contaminated with aborted fetal DNA and

retroviral fragments. In 1979 the first aborted

fetal vaccine was introduced to the US (MMRII), in

1989 a second dose of this vaccine was added and

compliance doubled, and in 1995 another aborted

fetal vaccine was introduced to the US (Varicella –

chickenpox).

Now, SCPI has uncovered data from the

CDC and the US Department of Education that

show that use of the chickenpox vaccine is directly

related to autism disorder prevalence in every

state in the US. The graphs on the next page show

you this data. On the horizontal axis (the x axis)

are the numbers of children diagnosed with autism

disorder by the age of 8 who were born in 1992

through 1998 and on the vertical axis (the y axis) is

the percent of children who were vaccinated

against chickenpox for those same birth years. As

you can see, as chickenpox vaccination rates

increase, so do autism disorder diagnoses. The

first graph is the average of all the US, and the

second graph shows the same relationship state by

state.

vaccines for our children? We should all be

asking these questions.

In publicly available documents, for

over 50 years experts at the FDA have debated

the dangers of using aborted fetal cell lines to

manufacture vaccines. Unfortunately for the

public, in one document they are quoted as

saying that they prefer to do ‘intuitive’

experiments. That means they preferred to

talk about the potential dangers rather than

doing the experiments that would have shown

how dangerous using aborted fetal cell lines

really was. Isn’t this incredible? The FDA

knows the potential danger of having fetal DNA

and retroviruses contaminating our vaccines,

the CDC has all the data on use of the

chickenpox vaccine, and the US Department of

Education has all the data on autism disorder

prevalence.

Yet, not one of these

organizations seems to have ever looked to

see how such an obvious potential trigger for

autism disorder might be related to the

epidemic levels of autism we are faced with.

The CDC and the FDA are organizations

whose duty it is to protect the health and

safety of the public. Don’t they talk to each

other? All I can say is thank you to those of you

who have supported Sound Choice and made

this research possible. We are working hard to

get this new information into the hands of our

elected officials and those organizations like

the FDA and CDC who are charged with

protecting the health of our children. We

continue to rely on your support to make sure

we have the means to get this information to

those who need it. Don’t our children deserve

the same love and care we all give to the

environment?

Fair Labeling and Informed Consent.

The tobacco lawyers made the national

news again in August because they have filed suit

against food manufacturers for false labeling. The

lawyers claim that food makers are misleading

consumers and violating federal regulations by

falsely labeling products and ingredients. Not only

are they suing for huge sums in damages, they are

also asking a federal court in California to

immediately stop ConAgra’s sales of Pam cooking

spray, Swiss Miss cocoa products and some Hunt’s

canned tomatoes. What have the food makers

done to get the attention of the lawyers? Pam,

which is a spray, does not state that it contains

petroleum products, which is the propellant that

allows Pam to be ‘sprayed’. Another company is

being sued because it lists ‘evaporated cane juice’

as an ingredient, rather than calling it sugar. And,

in California, there is an initiative on the ballot

that would require food makers to disclose

genetically modified ingredients.

What the graphs above show you is that in almost

every state in the US, the use of chickenpox

vaccine is directly related to the number of

children diagnosed with autism disorder in each

year during which chickenpox vaccine use rose

from 0% until it reached it’s maximum use. I’ll say

that again, for emphasis: as more and more

children were vaccinated with the chickenpox

vaccine, more and more children were diagnosed

with autism disorder. Statistical analysis on the

data for the entire US yields a correlation

coefficient (R

) of 0.9598. For those of you who

don’t understand statistics, an R

of 0.9598 is

very

significant.

Let’s put these results in perspective by

looking at global warming for a minute. I love the

environment, and I had been hugging trees for

decades before global warming became the topic

that it is today. The R

for carbon dioxide levels

compared to the earth’s temperature over the past

150 years is only 0.44. That’s right, an R

of 0.44

has roused the public to become active and

concerned about our environment. Shouldn’t an R

of 0.9598 raise even more to action? What will you

do with this information?

Why was Sound Choice the organization

to uncover this evidence from the CDC and the

Dept of Education? Why don’t the CDC and the

Dept of Education do this research and publish

these results; results which should without a doubt

lead to serious scrutiny and safety research into

the cell sources that we use to manufacture

organizations have tried to deny the presence of

contaminants from these cells. In 2006, the

Canadian Coalition for Immunization Awareness

and Promotion sent out a flier stating that

“Vaccines do NOT contain cells from aborted

fetuses.” It was not until 2009 that the National

Vaccine Advisory Committee acknowledged that

some vaccines do indeed contain contaminating

DNA and cellular debris from the aborted fetal cell

lines used to produce them.

I don’t know any of the tobacco lawyers,

but if you do, tell them that consumers want to

know what is in their vaccines just as much as they

want to know whether sugar is in their foods.

I agree that genetically modified ingredients

should be disclosed. I agree that calling sugar

‘evaporated cane juice is misleading. I agree that

most people do not know what a ‘propellant’ is

and that Pam should have spelled it out. What this

news made me ask,

really, however, is why isn’t

the presence of aborted fetal DNA and retroviruses

in our vaccines information that consumers have a

right to know also?

While some package inserts for vaccines

state that the vaccine was manufactured in MRC-5

cells or human diploid cells, no one knows that

MRC-5 and human diploid cells are cells taken from

aborted human fetuses. Furthermore, many of the

package inserts do not disclose that the final

products contain residual DNA and cellular debris

from the MRC-5 cells or the other human diploid

cells used to make vaccines. Here we really have

3 problem areas of disclosure as far as labeling of

vaccine contents. First, parents are not given the

package insert, so they have no way to even begin

to get information. Second, no one knows what

the MRC-5 cells or the human diploid cell lines

really are, and last, the contaminants from the

cell lines that are present in the final product are

not disclosed. In addition to the consumer rights

issues we have here, we also have a situation of

simple human dignity and respect. Almost

everyone, regardless of their position on women’s

reproductive rights, would want to know if the

vaccines they are using are manufactured using

electively aborted human fetal cells.

Current law requires that all ‘inactive

ingredients’ in a vaccine be listed in the package

insert. Human DNA and retrovirus fragments are

certainly ingredients that should be listed and

explicitly disclosed on the package insert. Despite

this absence of disclosure, awareness that some

vaccines are manufactured using aborted fetal

cells seems to be gaining. In the past,
