This is an excelent series of techniques

to practice from the guard.

Note:

Some advanced knowledge is required for

this series.

You start of with a basic armbar from the guard.

Your opponent reaches behind your neck

and starts applying pressure too release his arm.

As he does this you shift you leg to the other side

of his head. And lock in his arm, with which he reached

behind your neck.

You can apply an armbar there.

If your opponent is too strong,

you can easily go for a sankaku from this

position.

Make sure you push his head down

as you apply the triangle.

Your opponent then forces you up.

You shift your hips to the right,

making sure your body is crossed to his.

You can now easily make another armbar.

Now you push with the leg over

your opponents head, forcing him

to his back. You can now submit him
