GETTING STARTED

Body: Curve front body panel along left side 
of body, gluing G tabs in place. 

Next, curve front body panel along right side of 
body, gluing H tabs in place. 

Fold back body panel over and glue 
all remaining tabs in place. 

Insert brad through X (from 
non-printed side) on left 
arm. Next, insert ends 
of brad through X (from 
printed side) on left side 
of body. Bend each end of 
brad upward to secure. 

Fold top panel on left 
arm over and glue tabs in 
place, sealing top of arm. 
Repeat all steps with 
right arm.

Arms: Glue tabs A 
and B on left arm 
to underside of 
neighboring edges.

Glue tabs C, D, and 
E in place. Fold 
remaining portion 
of hand panel over 
and glue all tabs in 
place.  

Time to complete: Approximately 1 hour

Materials
• Metal-edged ruler 
• Butter knife 
• Scissors or craft knife 
• Cutting mat (optional) 
• Multipurpose glue 
• 2 brads

Fold all pieces along 
score lines, using the 
folding key below as  
a reference.

Score all the pieces: Using 
a ruler as a guide, run the 
back side of a butter knife 
firmly along all dashed and 
dotted lines.

Using scissors or a craft 
knife and cutting mat, cut 
out all pieces along solid 
lines. Don’t forget to cut 
slits on left arm, body, and 
hair.

Head: Fold top head panel down 
and wrap around sides of face, 
gluing all J tabs in place. 

Hair: Fold sides of hair 
downward and glue 
all tabs in place. 

Fold ear piece in half and glue 
together. Cut out ears along solid 
black lines and insert into slits on 
each side of hair. Fold back of hair 
over and glue tabs  
in place.

Insert front tab on bottom of head into slit on front of 
body. Glue back tab on bottom of head to back of 
body. Place hair on head.

Glue tab M on left leg underneath 
tab M on right leg, so edges of 
both tabs align.

Fold neck back, gluing small green 
tab to bottom of head. Fold tab L 
over and glue to inside of head. 

Wrap bottom head panel 
(neck) around and glue 
tab K to opposite end.

Legs: Fold bottom panel on left leg up and over, gluing 
tabs in place along top of foot and up leg. Wrap top leg 
panel around and glue tabs in place. Repeat with right leg.

Glue N tabs inside of body, so that bottom of tabs align with bottom 
edges of Fiona’s skirt.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS CONTINUED

Sword: Fold sword piece in half and glue together. Cut 
out sword along solid black lines. Insert sword handle 
through slits in left hand.

Shin gaurds: On each shin guard, fold 
side panel over and glue tab in place. 
Glue a shin guard to each leg.

Shoulder gaurds: On each shoulder guard, fold tabs 
inward and glue underneath neighboring edges.  
Glue a shoulder guard to each shoulder.

Vambrace: Wrap around right 
wrist and glue ends together.
