Begin with a 2-yard length of thread.

Leaving a 1-yard tail, start working on the row indicated by the number 1.

Work to the top of the chart. Add the six beads for the ear wire loop. Make sure to reinforce the
ear wire loop by threading back and forth through the beads.

Turn the work and the chart upside down.

Work to the bottom of the chart. Make sure to work the increase on the “cheek” area. This really
helps to give a rounded appearance.

Stiffen your piece, if desired. Weave in all thread ends and color thread.
