I am writing in response to your advertisement for a holiday villa. I would like to know if you can answer my questions.

I want to rent a holiday villa for a month, so my question is whether you can give me a discount? It will be a good idea.

You wrote in your advertisement that it is an isolated haven which offer a real escape from city life. I would like to know how far it is from the nearest town and what you do if something goes wrong.

What kind of basic facilities do you have in your villa? Could you please let me know if you have running water and heating? I am going to rent it in November, is the weather cold and windy? Do you have the Internet?
