FL – przeprosiny szefa, nie mogę pracować w najbliższą sobotę.

Dear Mr. Kowalski,

I must apologies for not being able to work in the company next weekend. I know it looks nude, but important family reasons do not allow me to keep my promise.

I forgot that I had promised to drive my parents to a sanatorium in Rabka. Parents are unable to travel by means of mass communication, I must take them in my car. Unfortunately, I could not find another driver in the family, all have already plans for the weekend.

I promise you that I am going to work some extra hours next two weekends. What is more I am going to complete all additional tasks. I have to keep my schedule more accurately, not to commit similar mistakes in the future.

I hope you will accept my apologies and I will be very grateful for understanding my problem.
