2 v 2 in a 20 x 20 area

Yellows keep possession and play off yellow walls

Oranges try to win possession back and play to outside oranges

One point every time one team plays possession from one wall to another - and keep possession

Wall players on 2 touch - keep moving along their line

Wall players must stay outside

Players in centre play a 2v2 match

KEY OBSERVATION

  1. Work for 2 mins (start with short interval)

  1. Rest for 2-4 mins

  1. Change Area / Duration / No of Players as your observation improves

  1. Change conditions

  1. Have Resting teams and working teams

  1. Time everything - if players tire quickly - stop before time is up
