DESCRIPTION OF PRACTICE (TECHNIQUE / SKILL)
In the warm-up session players start with jog to half-pace to development, of understanding practice then
Progress to quick tempo, and then match pace in the practices.
ORGANISATION
Player starts at corner of the grid, jog one side accelerate the next side by pushing the ball 1m ahead of you with your laces.
When the players pushes the ball ahead of themselves they must lift their head
As the players accelerate they must take fewer touches of the ball

Playing the ball with the laces
Keep the ball out of their feet
Acceleration with the head up
Have few touches
