DESCRIPTION OF PRACTICE (TECHNIQUE / SKILL)

ORGANISATION:

A server feeds the ball into one of the central player who receives the ball in the grid. The servers on both teams now become active and make the game 3v3. The 3 players in possession now try to penetrate the opposition's goal line / zone. To score retain possession and run the ball into the end zone
