DESCRIPTION OF PRACTICE (TECHNIQUE / SKILL)

ORGANISATION:

Serve the ball to the partner to use attacking header to score then opponents do the same.

Attacking header = head the top half of the ball for downward motion

Use underhand serve

Try to take of each foot

KEY FACTORS:

Get into the line of the flight Watch the ball onto the middle of the forehead Shoulders square to the direction of the header Head through the middle / top half of the ball Flex at the waist and arch the back to give power
