DESCRIPTION OF PRACTICE (TECHNIQUE / SKILL)

ORGANISATION:

Add in a defender, the attacker must beat the defender and cross for fellow attackers.

Work from both wings for the attackers

Change the starting positions and allow the attackers to shot once the beat the defender

KEY FACTORS:

Playing the ball with the laces Keep the ball out of their feet Acceleration with the head up Have few touches Run straight End product - pass / cross / dribble / shoot

NOTES

After pushing the ball forward lifts the head up

Accelerates with the ball

Run straight or direct for the goal by beating the defender
