1. Shipboard Organisation

This part of the Emergency Response Manual contains all necessary information about the vessel's crew:

• Actual crew list. This list is useful for the determination of completeness and for relief planning in case of emergencies of long duration. The crew list must be revised after each crew change.

• Actual crew's next of kin list. This list is useful for informing the next of kin of the crew members. Only one entrance per crew member is done. The next of kin list must be revised after each crew change.

Crew list as well as next of kin list must be submitted to the company after every crew change.

2. Shorebased Organisation

The shorebased copy of the Emergency Response Manual on principle contains any information contained in the shipboard copies of the Emergency Response Manual. Revisions must be conducted here as well.
