He began his career in 

Partyzant Leszno, but 

he was not 

official player. In 1997 he came to Varsovia Warsaw. He 
played  there  for  7  years.  The  following  year  he  moved 
to Delta Warsaw where he finally managed to play in his 
first non-junior team, scoring four goals.

In  June  2006  he  moved  to 

Znicz  Pruszków

.  In  two 

seasons  he  scored 

38  goals 

there.  In  the  2006/2007 

and  2007/2008  seasons  Lewandowski  was

of the third and the second division.

In  June  2008,  Lech  Poznań 

signed  a  contract  with 

Znicz for 1.5M PLN. He played there for two seasons

Lewandowski's father, Krzysztof (died in

Polish judo champion

plays volleyball
