• An attempt was made to communicate better
between doctors and nurses by handing out to
doctors a questionnaire per patient every day,
but due to a lack of time, this was impossible to
do. Change in the organisation within the clinic
did not help with the implementation of this
project. In consequence a new questionnaire was
drafted which summed up all that was important.
• It was difficult to break down the resistance
before the beginning of the cooperation.
• Due to the implementation of a new EU
directive related to the proper time spent by
doctors in hospitals and a shortage of nurses
we had trouble with the introduction of the
project
