REMOVING - REFITTING : FRONT BUMPER
URGENT
: Observe the safety and cleanliness recommendations.
URGENT
: If raising the vehicle on a lift, wheels hanging, remove the cap of the LDS fluid reservoir. Refit the
cap of the LDS fluid reservoir, once you have lowered the vehicle (According to equipment).

[2] Hook for unlocking/locking the 1/4 turn clips (Tools to be produced locally) :
Material : Soft steel
A = 550 mm
B = 80 mm
C = 12 mm
D = 30°
E = 10 mm
F = 4 mm diameter

Unclip the clip (2) (Bonnet opening control cable (1); Using a thin screwdriver.
Remove :
The bolts (3)
The pins (4) ; Using tool [1]
Remove the bolts (5).

Visually note the location of the headlamp wash pipes (6), (9).
Uncouple :
The left-hand headlamp wash pipe (6) from the union (7)
The right-hand headlamp wash pipe (9) from the union (8)
Disconnect the connectors ( as "a").

Unlock the fixings (10) by a 1/4 turn (Anticlockwise) (following the arrow ) ; Using tool [2].
3.2. On the right-hand side
Unlock the fixings (10) by a 1/4 turn (Clockwise) (following the arrow ) ; Using tool [2].

2 op erators are necessary to carry out the following operations.
Detach the front bumper (11) ( as "b" ) (Following the arrow ) ; Using tool [1] (on each side).
Remove the front bumper (11).
4. Refitting
Refit the front bumper (11).
4.1. On the left-hand side
Lock the fixings (10) by a 1/4 turn (Clockwise) ; Using tool [1].
4.2. On the right-hand side
Lock the fixings (10) by a 1/4 turn (Anticlockwise) ; Using tool [1].
4.3. Refitting (continued)
Proceed in the reverse order to remo val.
Tighten the bolts (3), (5) to 1 ± 0,2 daN.m.
URGENT : Always replace the faulty clips.
CAUTION : Before closing the bonnet check that the opening control and the lock are operating correctly.
Check that the electrical equipment is working correctly.
