LOCATING PARTS AND SERVICE INFORMATION  

To find a specific Series Code, Part Number or SRM reference  
 

•  Whilst the web page is open, hold down the Ctrl key and the F key on the 

keyboard  

•  A new window entitled FIND should appear on the screen, (please see 

Figure 1) 

•  Type the Series Code, Part Number or SRM reference that you wish to 

find and click on FIND NEXT

•  If the code is not found try changing the direction of your search – click on 

either the Up or the Down button within the FIND window. This search 
facility looks up or down the page to try and find your reference – if you 
start in the middle of the page and your reference is at the top then the 
direction of the search will need to be UP. You may not know where the 
reference is on the page, therefore if a document is not found, changing 
the direction of the search and repeating the function should result in 
success.  

 

 
To open a document  

 

•  Find the document that you wish to view and click on the Part Number 

that is underlined. This will automatically open the document to be viewed 
in Adobe Acrobat.
