FREEVECTOR.COM  END USER LICENSE 

(PERSONAL USE LICENSE) 

 

This freevector.com end user license agreement (“agreement”) is a legal agreement 
between you and freevector.com for the use of the Free Vector artworks. 
 
THIS AGREEMENT GOVERNS THE TERMS BY WHICH USERS OF THE “FREE 
VECTOR.COM WEBSITE” (“THE SITE”) OBTAIN THE RIGHT TO USE THE DOWNLOADED 
ARTWORKS (“FOOTAGE”) - INCLUDING THE JPG, EPS, AI, PDF, SVG OR OTHER 
GRAPHIC FILES. THIS AGREEMENT IS IN ADDITION TO THE “TERMS OF USE” 
APPLICABLE TO THE SITE. BY USING THE FOOTAGE DOWNLOADED FROM THE SITE, 
YOUR USE INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS OF THIS PERSONAL USE 
LICENSE AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE FOOTAGE. 
 
The Site licenses to you the use of the Footage only as provided below on a nonexclusive 
and non-trans ferable basis. You may use the Footage for your personal projects, 
presentations and advertising. All other rights in and to the Footage, including, without 
limitation, all copyright and other intellectual property rights relating to the Footage, are 
retained by FreeVector or the supplier of the Footage.  
Any use of the Footage that is not permitted shall constitute infringement of copyright. You 
may not exceed the 1,500 print run restriction or use the Footage on commercial products as 
t–shirts, posters, postcards or other items, and sell it to others for consumption, reproduction 
or re–sale. You may not distribute or sublicense the Footage or the rights to use the Footage 
to anyone for any commercial purpose. You may not use the Footage in templates for 
resale, e.g. website, flash, PowerPoint or brochure templates. You may not use the Footage 
for any resale or license purposes unless the Footage has been fundamentally modified that 
it constitutes a completely dif ferent and original work. If there is any doubt that your artwork 
is a permitted derivative work, or if  you want to obtain an Extended License, send us an

In order to use the Footage on your website or blog, it is absolutely required to link back to 
the FreeVector website: 

http://www.freevector.com

 

The link must be clearly visible on every page of any website that uses the FreeVector 
Footage. It is not allowed to remove the FreeVector logos and/or legal lines from the Footage. 
 
The Site does not warrant that the Footage will meet your requirements or that its use will be 
error free. You agree that use of the Footage is at your sole risk. All Footage is provided on 
an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. Should the Footage prove defective, you 
assume the entire risk whether as to ownership, technical or legal compliance, or otherwise. 
The Site assumes no responsibility  for any actions or liabilities arising from the use of the 
Footage. Under no circumstances shall the Site be liable to you or any third-party  for any 
indirect, consequential or incidental damages. In those countries or states that do not allow 
the limitation of liability, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. 
In no event shall the Site or the Footage providers or their respective directors, employees, 
shareholders or partners be liable for any incidental, indirect, punitive, exemplary, or 
consequential damages whatsoever in connection with any claim, loss, damage, action, suit 
or other proceeding arising under or out of this Agreement, including without limitation your 
use of, reliance upon, access to, or exploitation of the Footage or any part thereof. 
 
This Agreement can be revised at any time, and such revision shall be ef fective immediately 
upon the posting of the revised Agreement at the Site. You agree to review the Agreement 
periodically to become aware of such revisions. This Agreement is ef fective until either party 
terminates it at any time. You can terminate this Agreement by destroying the Footage along 
with any copies or archives of it or accompanying materials or derivative works. 
Any and all disputes arising in connection with this end user Agreement, including without 
limitation, its validity and interpretation shall be submitted to arbitration in Hong Kong 
(HKSAR).
