MATERIALS:
• Scissors
• Ruler
• Butter knife
• Glue
• Ribbon or string
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Score along dotted lines.
2. Cut along solid lines.
3. Fold paper back
and forth along
scored lines to
create a fan shape.
6. Bring both edges together and glue.
7. Use as a sweet Valentine’s
Day decoration.
Repeat above steps to
make as many paper hearts
as you would like!
4. Pinch top and bottom
together, cinching
the middle.
5. Glue a piece of string or ribbon
along top, inside edge.
