EPS III Power Steering Controller J1Connector Identification

The J1 connector configures the unit to allow travel within 7 degrees of steer angle above 150
inches (see picture below).  If this connector has a jumper installed then the lift truck will not be
able to travel above 150 inches.

This connector should NOT be connected to either plug T (tach steer input) or plug R (RTC
steering input).  Damage to the controller may result if the J1 connector is connected to either of
these inputs.

NOTE: A NEW NAMEPLATE MUST BE ORDERED IF THE J1 JUMPER IS REMOVED IN

THE FIELD.
