KT Method

 

With no tension on the Kinesio Tex, 
apply the base of tape adjacent to the 
affected area. 

 

Stabilize the base of the Kinesio Tex.  

To increase the mechanical stimulus 
to the proprioceptors apply the 
Kinesio Tex with moderate to severe 
(50-75%) available tension. 

 

Apply the tails with no tension.
