When working hard the human body produces heat at the rate of 
240w/m²

This heat is then removed by - transferred to the ventilating air

For various wet bulb temperatures the actual velocity required will 
vary

I.E.

29.0° Wet Bulb - Velocity = 0.3m/s
30.0° Wet Bulb - Velocity = 0.5m/s
31.0° Wet Bulb - Velocity = 0.9m/s
32.0° Wet Bulb - Velocity = 1.6m/s
32.5° Wet Bulb - Velocity = 2.6m/s
