• Mental psychological or nervous disorders including anxiety,

The European Health Insurance Card (EHIC)

• Poland – EKUZ
• is issued free of charge
• allows anyone who is insured by or covered by a statutory social security

scheme of the EEA countries and Switzerland to receive medical treatment

in another member state for free or at a reduced cost, if that treatment

becomes necessary during their visit (for example, due to illness or an

accident),

• valid for 5 years in UK, Poland – 3 months
• was phased in from 1 June 2004 (1 January 2006 - Poland)
• only covers healthcare which is normally covered by a statutory health care

system in the visited country

The completed application should be submitted or send to the

approprate branch of the National Health Fund.

The Tourism Services Act

In the case of insolvency the travel agency is obliged to:

•

cover the cost of return of a client to the place of original departure

•

return a part of costs for the clients in the case of a trip cancellation

Above- mentioned benefits should be guaranteed by following

solutions:

•

enter into banking guarantee agreement or insurance agreement

•

enter into insurance agreement for the benefit of clients

•

acceptance of payments made by clients strictly to the trust account

Adequate authorities are authorized to act on behalf of the clients in the

event of the insolvency office.

• sum is determined by the Minister of Finance in separate regulations,
• should include all payments made ​​by the customer together with the down

payment and serves to ensure the return to the country in the event of the
insolvency office.

• depends on the type of business, from the territorial scope of activities,

means of transport, prepayments

• a min. 12% (min 40 000 Euro) of revenues from the pursuit of assuming

different prepayment terms.
