The purpose of this report is to justify sending some of my officers and non-comissioned officers to various kinds of English language course.
The 13th Minesweeper's Squadron frequent visits of forgin NATO officer, that we are going to take part and NATO exercises at sea.
Next, all new documents and professional papers which we get are written in English. Most of my subordinates are expected that they are able to work with the papers.
Than, we are waiting for next NATO exercise, that we have to be prepared better than we did it in the past. By the way, I would like to ask you when are the next joint NATO exercises are going to take place.
The biggest problem is that non-commissioned officers cannotspeak English. However they have to participate in many events which demand English knowledge.
I think that the best courses are abroad in countries such as; in USA, in GB or Canada. After the course I believe that they can know English much better that after courses in Poland.
It seems to me that absenses of my personnel will not impact on work of my task element. I am able to arrangel ather officers or non-commissioned officers, who can take over the responsibilities.
I firmly believe that my suggestion will improve this situations in my task element, because it is a good idea to send personnel for an English language course.
