DESCRIPTION OF PRACTICE:
This practice is designed to develop and progress the player's technique of running with the ball
ORGANISATION:
	Grid size: 30m x 8m with a 5m end zone on each grid 16 players; working in groups of four with a ball each group Players run with the ball and pass to next player at the green markers to the next player

KEY OBSERVATION FACTORS:

Play the ball out with laces Keep the ball out from under your feet Accelerate with the head up Take few touches on the ball Run straight to exploit space Give an end product

NOTES:

Get the players to focus on the end product.
